Last Post as a Full Time Missionary

Image
Hey everybody, Well this is the last time that I will write a letter as a full time missionary... This last week was a week full of soo many tender mercies... It would be super difficult to to describe and explain, but One thing I will say is that I feel full and so very grateful. The opportunity to have served the Lord in his work and glory, has been the greatest privilege in my life up till now, and I am super excited to keep Serving my Lord and Savior after the mission.  There's nothing I could say that does any of this justice... and not to sound cheesy or anything, but this is how I'm feeling. There is no words that could explain what I have felt today. I had my last interview with Pres. Allred. I know that he is a Man Called of God. I feel the love that my Savior has for me, and for all of his Children, He has a special and perfect plan for each of us, we just have to keep moving forward trusting him, and loving the process of conversion.  I'm happy :)

Elder Fields And I are working hard to meet our goals and this week we were able reach our attendance goal for church and for baptismal dates too, soo that is awesome!!! We had 8 investigators at church of which 7 have a date for their baptism... Of the 7, 5 have a date for before I come home... God is soo good. He really is the master of divine design in our lives, And I only feel grateful for him allowing me to be here in his great work, he is so good.  The Acosta family had their interviews for baptism on saturday, and will be baptized next sunday at 9 in the morning before church if everything goes well!! Lots of praying!! Tonight we are going to president allred's house with them to have a family home evening which should be the cherry on top of their journey towards baptism!! They came to church yesterday, and then yesterday we passed by with the young men's pres. and his wife who is the relief society pres. and had a pow

They understand so much and have felt the spirit testify of the truthfulness of the gospel! They watched the joseph smith movie, and they loved it. They all thought it was super sad... but they all felt the spirit. one of the girls in the family milagros 13, said that when she was watching it, that all the time she just felt more and more that she needs to be baptized :) she is only 13 but understands the spirit super well, and she is so integrated with the young woman in the ward! SO great! So that was good news, There was also a little bit of sad news too... a Brother in the ward passed away from kidney failure... he was from chile, but had lived in argentina for 40 years looking for a better life. he passed away saturday and we went to the idk what you call it... like a v

Hey everyone how's life going? :)   Sounds busy busy busy haha  me too! Lots to do and little time to do it, but this week was awesome! It's good being back with elder fields, ad this time as my comp and not a greenie... If I could have the opportunity to train again... which I won't have haha I would want to help the new missionary feel even more in charge, in the way of receiving revelation and acting for themselves. I would encourage that a lot more, instead of just doing everything for them because they can't speak the language... but Like I said it's a new dynamic now, We are equal partners and even more so, I'm helping him lead. This is his first time being zone leader, but is really prepared, and is teaching me things too!!! He's had a great mission so

Haha a lot colder than it is here haha it's gonna get up to 38-40 degrees here with 80-90% humidity haha I'm gonna be drenched this week. This last week wasn't so bad, it rained a lot and so it was quite nice outside. We had a great week! We only had three days to work in our area but as always God Blessed us to be able to find people this week anyways to teach. We didn't work monday or tuesday because it was new years... but we took advantage of that and had our district council instead and planned our week! And then since we were all at the church already we played futbol for like 5 hours, and then switched to basketball. since our zone is mostly americanos we could play decently well. although some of the latinos here can stroke it too. haha it was super fun... We went from there to the apartment and we did an asado together!! A lot of meat... We each ate l
