Hey family!! well... while it is getting colder up there in canada it is getting very warm here... haha This week won't be too warm just like 36 degrees... and it's supposed to rain for another 3 days haha... since saturday we've gotten over 300 mm of rain... crazy haha but the city is well equipped now... about a year and a half ago there was a huge flood and a lot of people lost their homes, and so the city is better prepared for it now.

That's crazy about the snow!!!! I miss snow!!!! haha And KARLYN... is getting married!?!?!?! haha Good for her... I'm all for it!! I'm sure they're happy!

this week was a good one for us! Lots of cool things happened, also a few inconveniences as always to be expected. But nothing to drop our attitude of gratitude or our faith and joy serving the lord. Elder C. Is doing great things! The guys an animal! hha he knows a lot of Spanish and is understanding almost everything now. We do our best to speak in spanish all the time, and we are seeing results! He's a stud, and has so much potential. This week I'm gonna give him more of the reigns, and I'm gonna take a big step back haha It's time.before I know it he'll be giving the district meetings haha and then ZL, and then AP! and then EQP, I smell GA haha (Quick RM reference)...

But seriously he is just soo good to work with, and he is very consecrated.

This week we went to another city that I'd never been to called Venado Tuerto which means "one eyed deer"... It's a long story about the name, but it was given its name by the natives of argentina called "Mapuches"  we went there for a zone conference. We went as a zone of 24 missionaries in a comby haha we got there and we had a great conference! Super inspiring and I felt the spirit testify to me once again of the truthfulness and importance of this work. We started talking our objective as missionaries and discussed that for a while, and we got on the topic of doing everything we do for Jesus Christ. Because we love him, and want to help him further his work.

WE focused on this theme, and then we stopped all of a sudden and they started a video clip of a movie called "facing the giants" a movie about american football. You all need to watch it!!!! WE all thought we were just going to watch a part of it... but nope... We watched the whole entire movie haha Sister Allred even made popcorn for all the missionaries... it was awesome. But the movie explain and showed exactly what we all needed to learn, see, and hear.

I won't spoil the movie... Just watch it. It's by the same people that made "Courageous" and "Fireproof"

Then having been inspired by a day of zone conference we took the comby back to pergamino and when we were 74 km from home the comby broke down on the side of the road... haha it was awful... we had to wait 2 hours for the replacement comby to get there and then another hour home... we got home in time to go to bed basically, and that was it. but it was a good opportunity to bond with the zone and to share the gospel with the bus driver :)

This week teaching was a little slow... but we were able to find two people that really wanted to read and know if the Book of Mormon is true or not. one woman named Amaria and another man from Peru named Ezekiel and he was a contact about a month ago but we could find him again and so I know that it was a purpose of the Holy Spirit that we were able to find him this day. He had a lot of questions, but was very willing to hear the answers, and to try out the Book haha

Also with Alexis... the guy that came to church. he has a legal problem that is going to be difficult to work out... but President Allred told me that it was possible and that we just have to have faith :) but it's still pretty heavy stuff... He could land in Jail if it doesn't go right... but we are praying for a miracle for him. that he'll have the courage to do what he has to do...
But the miracle is that the last lesson we had with him and his wife, is that they accepted the fact they need to get married!!!! His wife is super excited and he is kind of confused haha but he felt the spirit and said" If God needs me to get married... I'll get Married"

The week was Awesome!!! I'm still learning new things every day and I know that God Loves all of his children equally, and He has a plan, of this I'm so sure.

I hope you all have a great week!! I love you all!

love always,

Elder Hubbard
