Week 53

WOW!!! This last week flew and we are one week away from transfers already haha crazy!!

Bueno, first off I'm super glad that your week was soooo good!!! And that janae and josh got married :)

Our week was filled with miracles and we really were quite blessed :)

Haha but first a funny story...

This last p-day we were going to play soccer but our church's field was flooded, and so we talked our district leader into playing in his church haha and that's where the fun began haha

the said ok but that we had to go talk to the sister missionaries in their ward to get their keys, because they had lost theirs... oh brother. anyways we got to the sisters apartment building which is super nice haha and we asked through the intercom if they could come down and give us the their keys for the day so that we could play soccer haha
and the sister said that we could but that her comp was sleeping and she didn't want to wake her up because she doesn't like to get woken up haha she gets kinda cranky i guess... and so we had to wait until she woke up to get the keys... long story short... we didn't want to wait... and so we told her to just throw them but the window to us from 9 floors up.... not our greatest decision haha but to be fair it wasn't a great throw either... this sister is from my group haha the short one from mexico hahah she didn't throw it hard enough and it came flying down fast and landed straight into the overhead roof about 5 meters out of our reach haha we were there for like 3 hours trying to get it down haha we created a human chain and got up to this ledge haha because it was a holiday and no one was working there in the building to help us haha we changed first so that no one saw us as missionaries... bad publicity this kind of thing haha another long story short we didn't get them down... but managed to change and get back to the apartment just before a huge storm hit pergamino, and it started to rain all week and didn't stop... the river that flows through pergamino almost flooded and lots of homes were 3 feet in water... crazy stuff!! but now it's all good :) that was the funny story for the week haha. we learned our lesson about throwing keys out the window.

The rest of the week was great despite the rain and rain and rain haha
We are teaching three investigators that have a  baptismal date!!! for the 26th of may :) They all came to church yesterday!!!! They loved it!! they stayed for the 3 hours and participated in all the classes!! But the coolest part was that all the members were there helping us greet them and hugged and kissed them!! Wow it was amazing! And then when they were about to leave they said that they would be coming back during the week to participate in the activities and also to attend church the next sunday!!!! They are excited to get baptized and we are so excited for them and their progress and changes in their lives!!! that is one of the things that  motivates me everyday to leave and preach the good word of God, The changes in the people that we have the privilege to teach!!

We are learning lots here as a companionship, and are repenting everyday and trying to be obedient with exactness :)
We love the Lord and He loves us!! We love the work and the people here in Centenario pergamino!! We are going to baptize the world!!!! haha pergamino at least!

I'm soo excited to talk to you all this sunday :) We are going to skype at like 12:30 ish your time :) keep your emails open and I'll call you guys!!!!
I love you all soo much and am very grateful for such an amazing family in my life!!! You're the best!

Love always,

Josh
