Hola mi Familia :) Como le va? Bien? Yo espero jaja

Su encampamìento    fue muy loco!! A monton  de Mosques!  nah Ni Loco jaja

Este semana fu e muy bueno para nosotros!! We had a lot of things happen that  I know was because of the spirit and the lord blessing us.
The Church is true!!! I have no doubt!!

Una experienca k tuvimos este semana passado:

This past week, on Tuesday   we were feeling sorta discouraged, because the investigators that we have aren`t progressing very well, and aren`t showing very much commitment, and it`s frustrating at times. so we decided to fast, pray, and ask  for a miracle in our area, we weren`t specific in the miracle that we wanted but,  I think we were both thinking along the lines of a investigator or family, that we could find that would have interest, and  would want to progress and be baptized.
anyways...
So that day we went out to proselyte, and we were clapping doors and nothing was going our way... but the lord was working to like always. Door after door, and person after person, we were rejected haha  , eso es la vida de un missionero...

We got to this one street that was kinda sketchy, and it was starting to get dark, but we ventured onward haha We had a feeling to walk into a passillo... in the Villa  this never happens, because usually when we walk into one we leave without our money. Imagine a favela in Brasil, but instead of on a hill side it`s just on the flat area of land. there is a ton of houses, a  village more or less made out of sheet metal, and all in one area, and in the middle, there is probably like 10 passage ways without light haha that lead to every which way. kinda scary. it`s basically a maze, and all the people that live there, are very humble, and if they see a white person or a person who isn`t one of them, they might try to steal your 10 pesos, that we carry, but it`s cool. We don`t usually enter these without a prompting from the lord.

Anyways, we kept walking and there wasn`t anyone, or if there wasn`t we couldn`t see them jaja...

We came to a corner, and around the corner was a staircase, and we started walking up it haha... At the top was a door leading into a house  and there was a light. We stood outside the door for a moment, and then I clapped my hands loud enough for the people to hear us. ( This is what they do in Argentina) We never knock doors it`s rude...

We waited for a second and a little girl came to the door, and opened it, she looked kinda scared, but we said hi and asked her what her name was haha she said her name is S......., and that she had 9 años. then she turned into the house and shouted Gramma!! Los Mormones astan en su Puerte! ( Those mormons are in your door haha) Super Chistoso!!

Anyways long story short... The Gramma is a member, the madre de la chica tambien es un miembro, y the little girl, wanted to be baptized haha but because her gramma can`t walk very good, they haven`t been to church in 5 years... Anyways this past week we have visited 3 times, and put a date for the baptism of S........ for the 26 de augosto! And she came to church yesterday with us! We taught her step dad the other day who is a die hard catholic... in his words, but he hasn`t been to a catholic church for 15 years haha we gave him a book of Mormon and he started to read it, we are going to baptize him also one day soon!!

Super cool experience for me, Even though it was a dangerous place that we had a prompting to enter, god helped prepare a way for us to arrive safely. Because we didn`t encounter another soul in the village of sheet metal, we were protected :)  And we found our miracle!!

This Sunday at church we had a lot of our newly reactivated members there and some new less actives come back too, a lot of work to do, and we are trying our best to follow the will of the lord, to see the fruits and success of his work!!

Thank you for all of your letters!! It`s great to hear about all of your experiences!! I`m glad everyone is safe from the hike haha
